Abstract

KIIT School of Management (KSOM), earlier known as IBAT School of Management came under KIIT University in the year 2004.The school, along with its flagship programme MBA, also offers BBA and Ph.D. degrees. The first Ph.D. thesis was awarded, in the year 2008 (after four years of becoming university).
